The SA Midwedge Flour Tortilla Press is a combination Wedge Press and Mini Wedge Tortilla Press. The SA Midwedge is a fully electric patented flour tortilla press. It takes up only two square feet of counter space and can produce up to 500 ready-to-cook tortillas per hour from 4" to 7" in diameter. Designed for countertop use, or available with a special floor stand.

This combination is the ulimate in tortilla display cooking. The Stand Alone Midwedge can produce up to 500 7" ready-to-cook tortillas per hour. The Wedge Press can produce up to 780 to 900 4" to 12" ready-to-cook tortillas per hour.  The unique Rotomal's circular movement continuously moves flour tortillas around to the operator for turning or removing, allowing the customer to see and smell the flour tortillas as they cook!
