The GC-89 is a total cooking station, fully equipped to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is equipped with an induction cooktop for cooking to order, hot or cold wells, brass heat lamps and trim, etched glass sneeze guard, and heated solid-top carving surface. Under the counter equipment includes a cook and hold oven, narrow two-drawer warmer, and storage shelves.
