Model BC04 dual or still wine & champagne system preserves an unlimited number of opened bottles of still wines by creating and retaining a precisely controlled vacuum within part consumed bottles; sparkling wines & champagne are preserved by the introduction of a calibrated infusion of carbon dioxide. The dual system performs both functions to an accuracy of ± 1%, irrespective of the amount of wine remaining in the bottle ensuring that the maximum period of preservation is achieved without risking damage to the subtle structure of the wine.
