Senior Designer

Job Overview:
Design and review layouts per client requirements, ensuring accuracy before submission. maintain smooth
operations, and coordinate with clients. Conduct site inspections for kitchen renovations and ensure effective
team communication. Handle assigned tasks efficiently while meeting project expectations.

  • Design work as assigned from clients or requirements.
  • Check drawing and design layout to make sure contain detail correctly.
  • Complete the design and thoroughly check it before submitting it to the requester
  • Check equipments and tools to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage work and drafting team as assigned
  • Coordinate with the requester to ensure accurate work details
  • Inspect worksite for kitchen renovation
  • Effectively transfer work processes to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior-Design, Architect or any related.
  • Over 5 years Exeperince in Interior design, Kitchendesighn or any deign field would be benefit.
  • Strong Knowledge in drawing Layout, floor plan and Mechanical design.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, 3D and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Technician

Job Overview:
Technicians are responsible for preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of
refrigeration systems and imported products. The role involves coordinating with engineers and
customers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining accurate records, and
supporting smooth service operations.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in projects, installations, or service work
               - Strong knowledge of: Project Management, Construction Laws and Contracting
               - Safety Regulations
               - Machinery and Construction
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Skills in project planning, obeying leadership work in coordination

  • Preventive Maintenance: Prepare schedules, conduct maintenance, and prepare reports.
  • Repair & Service: Inspect and analyze defective products, identify and replace spare parts, perform repairs, and provide service reports.
  • Installation & Testing: Prepare materials, check delivery documents, inspect site utilities (water, electricity, gas), install equipment, correct defects, test readiness, and train customers on product usage.
  • Coordination: Work closely with Chief/Senior Engineers, Sales & Project Engineers, and customers to ensure timely service.
  • Reporting: Record installation and service results, daily progress, and additional work requests; manage spare part claims when issues arise.
  • General Operations: Maintain company vehicles and tools, cooperate with other departments for site inspections, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Service Engineer (Phuket)


Job Overview:
Service Engineers are responsible for preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of

refrigeration systems and imported equipment. They coordinate with engineers and customers,
ensure compliance with safety standards, and prepare accurate reports of operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
  • 4–6 years of experience in service or installation work.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems, machinery, safety regulations, and project management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Good command of both Thai and English.

  • Prepare and carry out preventive maintenance, including reporting results.

Job Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new customers, managing an
existing customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key duties include presenting
product quotations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with the finance department to ensure
timely delivery of goods. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft
Office applications, and the ability to work independently with a strong service-oriented mindset.

  • Finding new customers and managing existing customer base
  • Gather information on new customers and input it into the customer database system.
  • Maintain and build good relationship with Clients.
  • Contact customers and present product quotations.
  • Negotiate wholesale terms and payment conditions.
  • Visit customers.
  • Follow up on deposits from customers.

Project Coordinator (Phuket)

Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of projects by managing
site activities, documentation, and communication between stakeholders. This role ensures
smooth coordination across teams, timely reporting, and compliance with project requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or site management.
  • Strong knowledge of project documentation, site inspections, and M&E systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Site Coordination:

  • Attend site meetings and inspect project sites.
  • Check M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems and monitor installation progress.
  • Coordinate with owners, consultants, and related parties to resolve issues.
  • Oversee commissioning, testing, handover, and signing of project documents.
  • Update project status and coordinate internal handover of project units.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Handle project-related documents and reports for submission to project management.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation for handover and compliance.
Technical Support:
  • Review and check project drawings /assist the project team with assigned tasks.
  • Support project managers and site managers with new tasks as required.
Travel & Site Work:
  • Travel to local and international project sites as assigned.
  • Provide on-site support and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
