Job Overview:

Sales  Coordinator - TST 

Job Overview:
You will assist the Assistant Sales Manager to expand TST’s market presence. This includes actively searching for new customers to introduce them to the company’s products. You will conduct cold calls, customer visits and assist with day-to-day operations to support customer selling activities.
Company Introduction

TST Noble is a leading ice machine specialist company. We sell, rent, service and maintain ice machines for key accounts across Thailand. Some of our key customers include KFC, Fuji and BBQ plaza.

Aside from ice machines, TST is also an authorized distributor of Duraments. Duraments is a brand that sells Operating Supplies and Equipment to restaurants and hotels. Their product range includes: 4-tier shelving, ice caddy, flour bins and faucets.

  • Make cold calls to new and prospective customers to sell ice machines or Duraments products
  • Visit new and prospective customers to sell ice machine or Duraments products.
  • Prepare quotation proposals for the Assistant Manager.
  • Recommend products, handle customer feedback, and assist in addressing customer service issues.
  • Support Assistant Manager by ensuring that the company has latest product information. This will include attending training for the company.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for Assistant Manager.

1. General Administrative Oversight

  • Supervise and manage all administrative tasks.
  • Monitor, inspect, and ensure the quality of work performed by subordinates.

  • Review and process employee overtime (OT).
  • Coordinate with the parent company regarding employee welfare.

2. Preventive Maintenance (PM)

  • Collect data on annual contract customers.
  • Prepare quotations and draft contracts for clients.
  • Organize equipment photos for reporting, billing, and updating machine status within 3–5 days
  • Prepare spare parts quotations for damaged items post-PM for customer review.
  • Plan repair work, verify spare parts with relevant departments, and schedule customer appointments.
  • Follow up on post-repair status.
  • Properly file customer documents.
  • Track customer payment transfers.

3. Installation Projects

  • Gather installation data for each project.
  • Calculate installation costs and prepare quotations
  • Upon approval, order necessary products and equipment according to the project schedule.
  • Plan work execution in line with the project timeline.
  • Coordinate equipment orders with relevant staff.
  • Liaise with project teams for site access.
  • Plan and assign installation technicians appropriately.
  • Collect daily installation records and photos.
  • Prepare billing reports based on payment terms.
  • Monitor project progress with team leaders.
  • Compile all documents for project handover.
  • Deliver and archive handover documents.
  • Follow up on payments for each project.
  • In case of additional work, coordinate with responsible staff to prepare quotations for client
