Sales Manager We classify our business into 3 main segments :
Hotels.
Restaurants & Chains
Institutions & Others.
Each of these segments consist of Units Sales as well as Project Sales. Your areas of focus are outlined below:-
Hotels
Unit Sales : individual units to replace or add into existing hotel kitchens.
Restaurants & Chains
Project Sales : New restaurants/outlet of restaurants and chains in which Somerville sales work closely with client on the design of the kitchen.
Unit Sales : individual units to replace or add into existing or new kitchens.
Institutions & Others
Project Sales : renovations of existing kitchens or new kitchens. They may be through Somerville’s own designer or designed by kitchen consultant.
Unit Sales : individual units to replace or add into existing or new kitchens.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to speak fluent Thai & English

RESPONSIBILITIES
Research market trends and pricing.
Assist in updating product listings.
Assist in handling after-sales service issues, including returns and replacements.
Help execute promotional campaigns. such as, Lazada, Shopee and etc.
Maintain accurate documentation, including pricing lists and certifications.
Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and product education workshops
Sales Executive – DURAMENTS.
This is a Sales Executive position under TST, to promote and directly sell DURAMENT products to client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and approve departmental sales and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
Conduct team briefings, monitor sales performance, and manage customer acquisition and relations.
Negotiation overdue debts, train new sales team members, and handle transaction documentation and reporting.
Meet with international suppliers to collaborate on sales strategies and resolve pricing, delivery, and complaint issues.
Manage quality systems, departmental personnel, and sales recruitment and training.
Monitor performance, implement training program, ensure compliance with policies, and motivate employees for optimal performance.
Coordinate with sales management on inventory, strategy, and target setting.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales/Business Administration.
At least 3 years of sales experience.
Computer literacy on Microsoft programs (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, etc.)
Basic to advance English communication level.
Assistant to Purchase Department
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design work as assigned from clients or requirements.
Check drawing and design layout to make sure contain detail correctly.
Complete the design and thoroughly check it before submitting it to the requester
Check equipments and tools to ensure smooth operations
Manage work and drafting team as assigned
Coordinate with the requester to ensure accurate work details
Inspect worksite for kitchen renovation
Effectively transfer work processes to the team

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in interior-Design, Architect or any related.
Over 5 years Exeperince in Interior design, Kitchendesighn or any deign field would be benefit.
Strong Knowledge in drawing Layout, floor plan and Mechanical design.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Make cold calls to new and prospective customers to sell ice machines or Duraments products
Visit new and prospective customers to sell ice machine or Duraments products.
Prepare quotation proposals for the Assistant Manager.
Recommend products, handle customer feedback, and assist in addressing customer service issues.
Support Assistant Manager by ensuring that the company has latest product information. This will include attending training for the company.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for Assistant Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in sales any field over 1-2 years
Able to speak English is a plus
Need to have personal car and driving license.
Strong in service mind and open mind set.
Eager to learn and strong in negotiation.
