1. General Administrative Oversight
- Supervise and manage all administrative tasks.
- Monitor, inspect, and ensure the quality of work performed by subordinates.
- Plan work schedules and sales targets to meet company goals.
- Review and process employee overtime (OT).
- Coordinate with the parent company regarding employee welfare.
2. Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Collect data on annual contract customers.
- Prepare quotations and draft contracts for clients.
- Organize equipment photos for reporting, billing, and updating machine status within 3–5 days
- Prepare spare parts quotations for damaged items post-PM for customer review.
- Plan repair work, verify spare parts with relevant departments, and schedule customer appointments.
- Follow up on post-repair status.
- Properly file customer documents.
- Track customer payment transfers.
3. Installation Projects
- Gather installation data for each project.
- Calculate installation costs and prepare quotations
- Upon approval, order necessary products and equipment according to the project schedule.
- Plan work execution in line with the project timeline.
- Coordinate equipment orders with relevant staff.
- Liaise with project teams for site access.
- Plan and assign installation technicians appropriately.
- Collect daily installation records and photos.
- Prepare billing reports based on payment terms.
- Monitor project progress with team leaders.
- Compile all documents for project handover.
- Deliver and archive handover documents.
- Follow up on payments for each project.
