I have been with Somerville  (Siam) Co ., Ltd for over 25 years and counting. This company is like a second family to me, with excutives and colleagues who have  taught me about my career and provide opportunities for everyone to pratice and develop to delight customers. The firm gives opportunities and develops human resources, which is the major emphasis  of  management.

For someone like me, who had no prior experience in kitchen design and commercial kitchen equipment, I was surprised by how much I enjoy working at Somerville. I get to learn many new things, and the daily challenges have taught me to think outside the box and encouraged me to share new ideas and perspectives.

These valuable experiences, along with the knowledge and learning opportunities, motivate me to keep improving myself and give my best as part of the company. ผมเข้ามาร่วมงานกับบริษัท ซอเมอร์วิลล์ (สยาม) โดยไม่มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องครัวซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ท้าทายเป็นอย่างมาก แต่บริษัทก็ให้โอกาสผมได้ร่วมงานโดยมีการจัดฝึกอบรมอยู่เสมอ ทำให้ผมได้ฝึกฝนทักษะอย่างต่อเนื่อง ได้เรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเองตลอดเวลา รวมถึงมีเพื่อนร่วมงานที่คอยให้ความช่วยเหลือทำให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดี ด้วยเหตุผลนี้ผมจึงตัดสินใจทำงานอยู่ในบริษัทอย่างยาวนาน
