For someone who was never in the kitchen design and commercial kitchen equipment field like me, I was surprised how much I enjoy working at Somerville. I get to learn many new things and everyday new challenges taught me to think out of box and encourage to share new thoughts and ideas.

These great experiences, knowledge and opportunities to learn made me wants to keep on improving myself to give it my best and be the part of the company. ผมเข้ามาร่วมงานกับบริษัท ซอเมอร์วิลล์ (สยาม) โดยไม่มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องครัวซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ท้าทายเป็นอย่างมาก แต่บริษัทก็ให้โอกาสผมได้ร่วมงานโดยมีการจัดฝึกอบรมอยู่เสมอ ทำให้ผมได้ฝึกฝนทักษะอย่างต่อเนื่อง ได้เรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเองตลอดเวลา รวมถึงมีเพื่อนร่วมงานที่คอยให้ความช่วยเหลือทำให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดี ด้วยเหตุผลนี้ผมจึงตัดสินใจทำงานอยู่ในบริษัทอย่างยาวนาน
